John comes from modest beginnings. He learned at a young age the value of education. John was awarded a full scholarship to Lincoln Technical Institute. The first 15 years of his career were at GM dealerships as a technician where he grew experience not only with the diagnosis and repair of customer vehicles but also learning how important the customer was to his success. In the mid 90’s he transitioned from this industry to the heavy equipment and construction industry. Below you will find a summary of his work experience. As they say in the industry he is boots on the ground working right there with you.


EXPERIENCE

2014-present contractor at Valero Refinery- Texas City- HEO Department: 

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes and other types of equipment. Working together with other departments and crafts insuring efficient completion of daily maintenance and capital projects.


Supervised 2016 Coker Turnaround-- completing project on time, on budget with no incidents or accidents. 


3yrs BP Refinery- Whiting, IN 

Union Heavy Equipment Crane Operator 


15yrs Midwest Operating Engineers- Local 150 

Mechanic/Equipment Operator. Diagnosed and repaired countless pieces of construction equipment used in the industry. Gained wide-ranging knowledge in this immense industry from municipalities, road construction, water and sewer construction and new construction. Supervised many projects. Responsible for manpower, planning, execution and completion.


15 yrs. Automotive dealerships

Responsible for the diagnosis and repair the first time on customer vehicles. Learned the true value of a customer. Customer satisfaction is always in the forefront.
